"My experience with Audio Advice was fine overall…"
My experience with Audio Advice was fine overall, but I kept feeling like, am I missing something? They did respond to my questions, which I appreciated, but a few of the answers weren’t super clear and I ended up having to ask about the same thing more than once. Nothing terrible, just felt like the communication could’ve been easier to follow and maybe a bit quicker.

"Took a bit to calibrate"
Calibration took a little tiem, but once I got through it everything worked fine. Not a huge deal, just needed a bit of patience.

Umm, the speakers sound really great overall. The only thing I noticed is that one of the cables felt kind of cheap, but aside from that I’m happy with them.

"Helpful advice, even if I’m tired of waiting on support"
I reached out to Audio Advice for help planning my living room setup, they really did know what they were talking about. Their system design advice was clear and probably saved me from wasting money on gear that wouldn’t have been the right fit. I’ll admit I’m worn out from chasing down replies and dealing with slow service in general, and their response did take a little longer than I hoped. But once they got back to me, the help was solid. Overall, I’d use them again.

"Clear, Balanced Sound"
The sound is really clear and feels nicely balanced overall. Nothing comes across too harsh or too muddy, which makes it easy to listen to for a while. I’m happy with it and feel like it was a good choice

"Didn’t really feel heard"
I tried Audio Advice because I was looking for some solid personalized recommendations but a lot of what they suggested felt way above my budget or just not really what I asked for. The site looks nice and they did get back to me so that part was fine. I just didn’t feel like they really listened to what I needed. Maybe it’s better if you already have a clear idea of what you want but for me it was disappointing

"Packaging used to be better"
I’ve ordered this before and the packaging used to be in much better shape, but this time the box arrived crushed. Luckily the item inside seemed okay, but it was still disappointing to see it show up like that.

"Promo deal came at the worst time"
The promo deal felt misleading. I thought I was getting a better value, but it really didn’t feel worth it in the end. The timing made it even more frustrating because I only realized the catch after I’d already gone through with it. Just left me annoyed more than anything

"Clean install, just a little late"
I had Audio Advice come out last week to install my speakers and receiver. i kept thinking maybe I could’ve done it myself, but seeing how clean everything looks now, I’m sure I was overestimating my own abilities. They hid the wires way better than I ever would have. The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is because they showed up a little later than scheduled, though they did call ahead, so I can’t really complain too much. Overall, I’m happy with how it turned out

I tried booking an appointment through Audio Advice, and it was more frustrating than it probably needed to be. The available times weren’t super clear to me, and even after I picked one, I still couldn’t really tell if it was confirmed or not. Maybe I missed something, but if it’s that easy to miss, then it still feels like a problem. I ended up checking back a few times and kind of waiting around, which was annoying. The store itself might be totally fine, and I’m not saying the whole place is bad, but the scheduling experience definitely gave me a weird first impression.

My first impression was bad. The way they handled everything just felt unprofessional, and the replies I got were short and not very helpful. I didn’t really feel like they were taking me seriously, which was frustrating. Definitely not the kind of service I was expecting.

I ran into a warranty issue and expected it to be straightforward, but support dragged it out way longer than it should have. I kept getting vague answers and had to follow up multiple times just to understand what was actually happening. At a certain point, I felt like I had no choice but to escalate the complaint because no one was giving me a clear answer or timeline. Really frustrating experience overall.

I ordered from Audio Advice after seeing them recommended online and felt confident at first. The site made everything seem easy and professional, so I figured I was in good hands.
Once I actually placed the order, though, getting clear information was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. Support was slow, and the replies I got felt vague, like no one had really looked into what was going on.
For the amount of money I spent on audio gear, I expected a lot better. I feel kind of stupid for trusting them based on a polished website and a few recommendations, and I’ll be buying somewhere else next time.

I was shopping around for speakers and overall the site was easy to use. The pages loaded without any issues, and the filters helped narrow things down a little. That said, just a heads up: some of the product pages are really busy, so you might end up scrolling more than you expect to find the details you actually need. Checkout was straightforward enough, but the whole experience wasn’t exactly perfect. Good overall, just don’t expect it to be completely smooth from start to finish.

"Videos Were Too Blurry to Enjoy"
I was disappointed because the videos were so blurry that I couldn’t really make out what was happening. It just felt frustrating trying to watch something when nothing looked clear, and it kind of ruined the whole experience for me

"Pretty good overall, tracking could be better"
I ordered a pair of speakers and the checkout process was straightforward. The tracking info showed up the next day, but it kind of stayed on “label created” for about 3 days without any real update, so I ended up emailing to see what was going on. To be fair, they did get back to me, and the order arrived in good condition, just a bit later than I was expecting. Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, but I do think the tracking could be a little clearer so you’re not left guessing

"Ordered a new receiver from Audio Advice…"
Ordered a new receiver from Audio Advice the website wasn’t a pain in the ass to use, which was nice. Checkout was smooth, and I got tracking the next day. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, which was annoying as hell, but the receiver showed up packed really well and in perfect shape. I’d definitely order from them again, I just wish the delivery estimate wasn’t so vague.

"They fixed it, but the wait was frustrating"
The issue did get sorted in the end, but the replies were really slow and it was frustrating having to wait around. I’m glad it’s fixed now, but if this happens again I’d probably start looking elsewhere.
